Tour Greens North Georgia is run by Chris Gentry, one of the most experienced putting green designers and installers in all of North America. He began his career as a putting green builder in 1998 with The Putting Green Company, the business that would eventually become Tour Greens. Since then, Chris has installed putting greens in 48 of the 50 states, Mexico, Canada and numerous Caribbean Islands including practice facilities for Clemson and the University of Wisconsin, the entire synthetic grass golf course on Over Yonder Cay.
Today, Chris likes to stay a little closer to his home in North Georgia helping schools like Kennesaw State University with their practice facilities and installing greens ranging in size from 300 square feet to over 13,000 for its residents. His experience in designing and installing putting, short game and par 3 greens is virtually second-to-none in the industry.
